• MELWIRT reserves the right to update or modify course content and structure without prior notice to improve quality.

3. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Prices mentioned on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees, which will be displayed before final payment.

4. Certification

Students will receive a certificate of completion after fulfilling the program requirements as per MELWIRT’s criteria.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, course materials, videos, and content provided by MELWIRT are the intellectual property of MELWIRT and protected under copyright law.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect during sessions. Any misconduct may result in termination without refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Program Fees

All fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

• The course is canceled by MELWIRT.

• Duplicate payment occurred.

• Student withdraws 7 days prior to start date.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds are not available if a student drops out after starting, or due to dissatisfaction with teaching method.

5. Cancellation by MELWIRT

If MELWIRT cancels or reschedules, students may choose a full refund or alternate batch.
